Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analysis processes.

Ensure the highest levels of accuracy in financial reports and forecasts, maintaining rigorous quality standards.

Business Process Transformation:

Lead initiatives to transform business processes, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.

Utilize and optimize Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Business Intelligence (BI), and Data Analytics tools, including Power BI, Alteryx, and Tableau.

Strategic Business Partnering:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives.

Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with executives, ensuring alignment on strategic goals and initiatives.

Matrix Organization Management:

Navigate and manage within a matrixed organizational structure, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments and stakeholders.

Standardization & Centralization:

Develop and enforce standardized processes and reporting frameworks across the organization.

Ensure consistent application of financial policies and procedures.

Centralize processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity and precision of financial data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (CPA, CFA, MBA) preferred.

12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

Demonstrated experience in managing and developing sizable teams.

Strong background in business process transformation and optimization.

Proficiency in data analysis and financial tools, including Power BI, Alteryx, and Tableau.

Exceptional business partnering skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.

Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with executives.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment.

Strong commitment to quality and accuracy in all financial processes and outputs.
