Our solutions are designed to empower individuals in managing their health more effectively and enhancing their quality of life.Role Overview:We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Business Development to join the executive team. The VP will drive business growth, establish and manage strategic partnerships, and expand market presence. This role is critical for aligning technology with business goals and fostering innovation in the digital health sector.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the wearable technology sector.Partnership Development:

Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, technology companies, and other key stakeholders.Market Expansion:

Lead efforts to enter new markets and customer segments using market research and competitive analysis.Revenue Generation:

Oversee the sales pipeline, structure and negotiate deals, and ensure successful closure of key agreements.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Reporting:

Provide regular updates to the executive team on business development activities, progress, and market trends.Required:Experience:

At least 10 years in business development, sales, or partnership management within digital health, wearable technology, or related sectors, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing strategic partnerships.Leadership:

Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the digital health and wearable technology landscape.Skills:

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.Travel:

Willingness to travel as required for business development and partnership meetings.
