Monarch Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Director for our client, a leading organization in the healthcare sector. As a key member of the Human Resources Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the HR strategy to support the company's mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:Lead the development and implementation of HR plans, policies, and procedures that align with the company's strategic vision and business objectivesComprehensive HR Oversight:Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, and employee engagementWorkforce Planning:Develop and implement workforce planning and retention strategies to meet the company's human capital needsCompensation & Benefits:Create and manage total rewards programs that are competitive and cost-effectiveHRIS & Data Analytics:Advance the use of HR information systems for efficient operations and data-driven decision-makingStakeholder Relations:Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and participate in strategic planning committeesQuality Improvement:Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related fieldSHRM-CP or PHR certificationMinimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within HRAt least 10 years of full-cycle HR experienceStrong financial and budget management skillsThorough knowledge of employment laws and regulationsProficiency with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analyticsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively and build positive working relationshipsCommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related fieldSHRM-SCP or SPHR certificationExperience with UKG HRISExperience in the healthcare industry, particularly in behavioral health or community mental health settings

Travel:Occasional travel may be required to various locations, including meetings, conferences, and eventsWork Environment:Professional office setting with standard office equipment
