Join us.Team IntroductionWe are looking for a highly-motivated Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our TikTok Monetization team to support that growth and help us empower creators, connect people, and explore possibilities by building the next-generation monetization platform together. As a TPM for TikTok Monetization team, you will be challenged to undertake complex and multi-disciplinary projects driving the team to enhance the business and bring order to ambiguity. You will be responsible for strategic cross-functional project planning, prioritization, execution and communication with key stakeholders. Meanwhile, you will learn and grow in a fast paced environment alongside talented teammates on TikTok Monetization team.The ideal candidate will be someone with strong technical foundation and problem-solving records.You are a bridge and a connector for the company. You are self-motivated, organized, insightful and productive. Relevant experience is important, but your demonstrated abilities and attitude matter even more.ResponsibilitiesDefine strategy, roadmap, and drive execution for TikTok Monetization initiatives and key projects.Work with cross-functional teams to translate the strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes with a clear timeline by exercising technical and business judgment.Build effective and transparent communication channels to align and partner with internal as well as external stakeholders and delivery teams.Work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the organization's efficiency and velocity.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications4+ years of experience in consulting or project management.5+ years of experience in hands-on large scale software development.Familiarity with advertising ecosystems is a plus.Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership, who can develop and lead a new initiative from the ground up; self-initiating; thrive in ambiguity.Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management, trust building, and verbal/written communication skills are essential.Preferred QualificationsExperience in building or leading software RD teams.Experience in leading large scale software development projects.Experience in implementing SDLC process for large teams.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
