to join our remote team. This pivotal role focuses on client retention, client growth, and high client satisfaction. This position helps our team best serve our clients by meeting their individual goals.

We have been fully virtual from day one and will continue to be a work-from-home employer. While we are fully remote, we will consider a remote employee who resides within PA, NJ, NY, DE, FL, KY, VA, SC, CO, & TN.

The anticipated salary for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 with bonuses and variable compensation available for meeting and/or exceeding goals and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Strategy

Regular review of account activity, results, and deliverables. Finger on the pulse of client work, with a strong focus on the agency’s top clients.

Propose additional or different (as necessary) digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives.

Communicating regularly with our internal account teams and clients to ensure that account strategies meet client goals and objectives.

Client Retention and Growth

Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Identify opportunities to expand services and drive additional business from existing clients.

Conduct regular check-ins and strategy sessions with clients and internal account teams to ensure we meet and exceed expectations.

Ideate ways to retain and grow client engagements.

Meet defined KPIs related to client retention and service expansion.

Foster client relationships through virtual and in-person meetings, gifting, regular communication, events, and more.

Account Audits and Optimization

Perform comprehensive audits of client accounts to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, with a focus on refined processes, non-negotiables, and ways to meet client goals and establish trust with clients.

Collaborate with account teams to enhance service offerings and optimize client deliverables.

Ensure all client deliverables demonstrate the highest level of quality.

Team Collaboration and Leadership

Work alongside account teams, providing guidance and support to ensure client success.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, as needed, to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

Use data-driven insights to recommend adjustments and enhancements to marketing strategies.

Use the agency’s CRM to track and tag clients, as well as record-keeping.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, with 8 or more years preferred.

Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and instill trust with clients.

Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams to achieve client success.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
