Duties Summary Patrols the campus and other assigned areas to enforce laws, rules and regulations for the protection and security of personnel and property, and to detect and prevent attempts by persons to violate the law; conducts investigations of violations, prepares reports and takes appropriate action; and performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification Requirements
- To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following requirements: Specialized Experience:
One (1) year of progressively responsible work experience in the enforcement of security laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the protection of personnel and property. Guard License:
Applicants must possess a current, valid State of Hawaii Security Guard License
at the time of appointment
. Driver's License:
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license
at the time of appointment

Relevant substitutions as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements will apply. Certification:
All applicants must obtain valid First Aid and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificates or equivalent within six (6) months from the date of employment. Suitability Investigations:
