The Executive Assistant role at Gigascale Capital is a unique opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to the Partners. This includes strategic calendaring, relationship management, and travel planning/coordination. You will be an important part of representing the firm internally and externally, working remotely and onsite at our Palo Alto office when needed.Ideal Attributes and Skills:

Strategic calendaring for three Partners:Establish a prioritized list of contacts, meetings, and objectives, ensuring the schedule aligns with preferences and timelinesMonitor calendars and anticipate problems and needsIndependently and proactively adjust the calendar for efficiency using each Partner’s unique prioritiesEnsure all details are accurate and completeAttend meetings for context to make proactive suggestions to Partners on how to adjust their schedules to match their objectivesPrioritize tasks masterfully, allowing you to manage multiple directives at one timeFollow through on requests and communicate the status with the PartnerCoordinate meetings, conference calls, and other events to include the gathering and preparation of materials, location, and technology toolsCompose correspondence, documents, and presentations on behalf of the PartnersBuild and maintain relationships internally and externally with savvy and confidenceUtilize technology tools for support with master efficiency and detailCreate and maintain systems to ensure information and documents are organized and accessibleCoordinate travel, including flights, hotel, and ground transportation, based on individual travel preferencesInteract with high-level executives and contacts with professionalismTrack and complete expense reports and reimbursementsProvide limited coverage for other members of the support team when they are on PTOWhat We Are Looking For:

Five-plus years of experience supporting a senior executive or C-suiteBachelor’s Degree or equivalentEffective communicator: strong written skills with the ability to deliver information in a clear, crisp, and concise mannerExpert problem solver who can quickly learn and grasp new thingsTrack record of strong organizational and time management skillsPositive, approachable personality who enjoys a small but impactful teamAbility to come into the Palo Alto office with ease, flexible working from home or in-personExperience with Google Suite, Slack, Affinity, and/or Notion a plusWhat This Role Has to Offer:
