We are looking for a
Front of House Director (Drive Thru & Dining Room)
to join our team at
Chick-fil-A Keizer . The right candidate for this role will be passionate about providing guests an outstanding experience as well as supporting team members.
Your Impact:
As a member of the
Executive Team , you will partner directly with the local Owner Operator to help ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Manage, develop, and oversee a team of Front of House (FOH) team members and leaders.
Work to achieve efficiency metrics throughout the FOH Operations.
Assist in the hiring process of FOH team members and leaders.
Responsible for scheduling of 80+ FOH team members.
Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
Background and Skills:
3 years of food service related Leadership experience required.
Full availability is required (Mon-Sat; open to close).
Passionate about building relationships with guests through serving them.
Fun, outgoing, energetic personality.
Ability and eagerness to mentor younger workers and to have a positive impact on their professional development.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Detailed, organized and process-oriented.
Pay:
$55,000 - $80,000 / year
