Requirements

•Full availability on Saturdays and near-to-full availability for the rest of the week

People

•Set team & shift goals, share the score visually and celebrate the wins

•Assign roles and have them ready for team members before they arrive on shift

•Identify potential leaders and help them develop and grow both Operationally and Relationally

•Communicate effectively, share ideas, & take a positive approach to all situations

•Ensuring checklists are being executed in a timely and appropriate fashion

•To take ownership of the outcomes of the entire shift

•Create a LEAN culture and mindset

•Hold FOH team members accountable to all policy standards, for example timeliness, grooming, cell phones, uniforms etc.

•Train and develop Team Members in all areas and systems

•Provide both formal and informal feedback to team on an ongoing basis

•Ensure Disciplinary action is given fairly and consistently

Quality & Customer Experience

•Ensure we are executing proper procedures in order taking, hospitality behaviors, speed and accuracy and provide ongoing feedback to leaders

•Ownership of the following areas of the business: Drive-thru, Front Counter, Dining Room, Cash Management, Mobile Orders, 3rd party Delivery, Catering

•Answer phones and respond to them appropriately

•Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

•Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the drive-thru experience

•Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A standards

•Ensure FOH consistently and systematically meets cleanliness standards (Front Counter, Dining Room, Rest Rooms, etc.)

•Partner with BOH Team to execute Lean Chicken Entre at all times

•Use RQA, ROE and CEM findings to ensure consistency and quality of products and behaviors. Address areas of improvement immediately. Work with Trainers to address problems and create and action list.

•Maintain a Culture of Food Safety

•Maintain a clean and organized environment

•Ensure FOH Inventory is organized properly

•Partner with leaders to execute training and roll-out of new products

•Assess current systems and implement ideas for improvement

•Ensure speed and quality of food to retain customers

•Taking catering orders over the phone, enter into the system, and confirm payment method

•Assist with outside events as needed

•Train on Suggestive Selling behaviors with FOH team members, including upselling to large, new menu items etc.

•Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer overall satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.

Financial Return

•Own Food Cost results

•Own labor percentage and productivity. Train Managers on Labor Scheduling procedures, how to increase productivity, put "aces in their places", appropriate times to send people home, etc.

•Counting drawers and maintaining proper cash management practices

•Equipment Repair & Maintenance - Ensuring that equipment is functioning and handle properly at all times

•Execute LEAN in all areas, encouraging continuous improvement. Engage everyone at every level.

•Works closely with the FOH Director to monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, such as sales, expenses, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.

Compensation

•This position is full time, which is typically between 30-40hrs/week. The starting pay is $26/hr. Additional Chick-fil-A job perks include but are not limited to daily meals, PTO, competitive health care benefits, dental insurance, life-insurance, advancement opportunities, and Sundays off.
