The North Edmond Chick-fil-A is seeking a Drive Thru Director who will greatly impact the business. This leader will be responsible for the overall flow of the drive thru and will be expected to set the standard for signature service by leading by example. To do this, Directors need to actively show a passion for service and for the Chick-fil-A brand. The right candidate will thrive under pressure and ensure that the drive thru flows quickly and efficiently while still maintaining both safety and service. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a proactive attitude serves as a great example for your team.

Position Key Responsibilities:

Understand the ins and outs of the drive thru.

Lead with humility.

Mentor, coach, invest in, and build relationships with a diverse team of people.

Celebrate the success while still maintaining accountability with the team members.

Exhibit our Core Values and 2nd Mile Service qualities on a day-to-day basis.

Ensure that Chick-fil-A North Edmond meets and exceeds all Chick-fil-A standards and locational goals.

Follow all state and local safety guidelines.

Build strong relationships with the leadership team as well as the team members.

Ensure overall cleanliness, stock, and organization of the drive thru.

Specific Experience:

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Required: Experience as a leader in the customer service industry

Pay ranges from $45,000 to $50,000 per year based on education and experience.
