Job Summary:

America's premier modern stair and railing brand, Viewrail, is seeking a West Region Territory Manager to further strengthenbrand presence in Southern California. In this position, you will play a critical role in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with building professionals and install partners throughout the area. Responsibilities:

Regularly engage with potential and existing clients (especially building professionals), supporting the conversion of open deals and identifying new business opportunities; leverage network of install partners, inspiring them to do the same.

Recruit new install partners to ensure market coverage; curate network of install partners, qualifying each for technical competency and accurate exemplification of the Viewrail brand.

Stay abreast with new products and current installation techniques; organize training sessions with install partners and building professionals to enhance their skills and increase the adoption of Viewrail products.

Work alongside install partners, performing installation-related tasks as necessary, including but not limited to: collect site photos, take measurements, install blocking, touch up / complete punch list items, warranty and repair work.

Investigate and diagnose challenges in the field; distribute feedback with the Viewrail team, supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Manage projects within the region to ensure timely and successful execution.

Identify and leverage marketing opportunities that are compelling to the market (trade shows, industry events, etc.).

Record key activities and correspondence in HubSpot (CRM) with accuracy.

Travel to headquarters (Goshen, IN) periodically for team building, training, and company events (approx. quarterly).

Maintain company assets (vehicle, tools, etc.), treating them with care and using them responsibly.

Direct and support the daily workflows of small teams as appropriate.

Actively engage in mentoring team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.

Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, ensuring team members have the resources and knowledge they need to excel.

Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and setting a high standard for team performance and professionalism as it aligns with company policies and expectations.

Required Traits:

Ability to lead, inspire, and direct a small team

Prior success in a relational, customer-facing role; experience in the building industry preferred

Technical and detail-oriented; ability to solve problems creatively

Collaborative and team-oriented; innate desire to grow others, empowering them to flourish

Dependable, driven, and organized; ability to work effectively in the absence of explicit direction

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Computer-literate; prior experience with Google suite preferred

Ability to operate a vehicle responsibly
