Position responsibilities include:• Handling executive line claims in a fast-paced environment, including:o Ability to digest and understand the overall business, operations and commercial insurance needs of clientso Review and analyze executive line claims for coverage and report claims to insurerso Advocate for insurance coverage, including writing responses to coverage positionso Assist clients with navigating the claims process and obtaining carrier consents for expenses, payments and settlementso Consult with clients and advise internal constituents on coverage issues concerning executive line claimso Consult with clients about the claim process and potential insurance solutions• Prepare internal claims reports for Lockton’s senior claims attorneys and consultants• Research current trends in law that pertain to executive line space and our clients• Draft whitepapers and other educational presentations concerning executive line space• Accumulate required continuing educational credits to maintain current law license• Prepare written correspondence, analyses, reports, and memos as needed• Make a
