The Role:

As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our dispensary, from team leadership to product curation. This is your chance to make a significant impact in the evolving cannabis industry.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor our retail team

Oversee daily dispensary operations

Curate our product selection, with emphasis on premium cannabis flower

Maintain compliance with state regulations

Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for growth

Manage inventory and staff scheduling

Qualifications:

Proven cannabis retail management experience (3+ years preferred)

Strong leadership and team development skills

In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, particularly flower

Proficiency in inventory management and purchasing

Familiarity with METRC and OLCC regulations

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

21 years or older

Ability to pass a background check

Flexible availability for various shifts
