Our client is an innovative start-up beverage company based in Denver, Colorado, specializing in the non-alcoholic beverage space. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer with extensive experience in consumer packaged goods to lead the company. This role will report directly to the Founder and oversee a dedicated team of 20 professionals.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and vision to drive the company’s growth and market expansion.

Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s mission and long-term objectives.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 20 employees, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers, to enhance the company’s market position and brand.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethical practices.

Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Collaborate closely with the Founder to align on vision and strategy, providing regular updates and insights.

Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure the company’s financial health.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role within the consumer packaged goods industry, preferably in the non-alcoholic beverage sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and innovation.

In-depth knowledge of the CPG industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Passion for health and wellness, with a commitment to promoting healthy lifestyle choices through innovative beverage solutions.
