Commercial Counsel
to join us based in our Warwick office 3 days a week (2 days flex to work remotely), alongside our friendly & supportive in-house legal team. This role will report into our Head of Legal.You’ll be responsible for:Being a trusted, commercially focused team member and ambassador for doing the right thing, collaborating with colleagues at all levels.Supporting the business in a number of areas (including contracts, disputes, compliance and projects) to mitigate risk and enable sustainable growth.Working in collaboration with other members of the legal team to continuously improve the operating model and drive innovation.Leading, supporting and collaborating with a range of colleagues to meet a host of legal needs and support business goals, providing commercial and pragmatic solutions at pace in a complex environment.And here’s what we’d like you to have:Experience working in a commercial environment in-house is highly preferred.A qualified lawyer in the UK.A commercial mindset, interest to help the business achieve its goals and grow.Track record in providing practical legal advice in one or more of the following areas - commercial contracts, disputes or compliance.An interest in legal operations, ability to build strong working relationships with people of all levels.Also, did we mention?
