The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle a high volume of calls, and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to customers with inquiries about products, services, or orders.Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, confirm orders, or gather feedback.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's database.Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to the appropriate department if necessary.Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring customer satisfaction.Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to enhance the customer experience.Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.Follow up on customer feedback to ensure issues are fully resolved.Meet performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of calls.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM software.Positive attitude, team player, and a strong work ethic.Benefits:
