One of the nation's top performing labor broker companies, strives in installing services for retailers and manufacturing companies. They are looking to bring on a Support technician to their growing team. This company's mission is to provide expertise of installation services that include improvements in products such as doors, windows, siding, and kitchen appliances.

This role is responsible for supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 ticket and issues. Along with supporting service incidents while using the appropriate ticketing systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in Windows, Mac, Active Directory, Computer hardware, and Microsoft.

This position is Contract-to-hire, onsite 3-4 days a week with 1-2 remote, and located in Irving, TX. Hourly range around $20-25/hr.

Required Skills & ExperienceHigh School Degree or equivalent preferredCustomer service experience in a call center environmentHelp desk or technical support experience preferredKnowledge and experience of troubleshooting Office 365 applicationsAbility to install and troubleshoot softwareAbility to configure and support internet browsersMobile application support experienceMicrosoft Office Products knowledgeDesired Skills & Experience
