The Associate Account Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Partnership Services. A successful candidate will be an experienced Partnerships management professional, with live sports and/or events experience a plus. This role will oversee partnership operations for Spartan Race's key brands - Spartan, Tough Mudder and DEKA - while also maintaining key relationships with corporate partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong account management background and a demonstrated ability to deliver flawless partnership execution to drive the business forward through strategic decision making and planning.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as lead on all event related partnership activation for assigned portfolio - including planning, event branding, sampling, and activation servicesOversee all partner account management for assigned portfolio outside of the event scope, including partner media and marketing initiativesCollaborate with Sales Team to activate product initiatives for Spartan, Tough Mudder, and DEKA properties, based on a deep understanding of the product and partnership opportunitiesDevelop and maintain processes that contribute toward efficient partnership operationsAssociate Account Management Responsibilities

Establish and manage ongoing relationships with key partner contacts to bring Spartan and partner goals to life across all owned promotional and media platformsOversee and manage the execution of partner deliverables across digital, media and on-the-ground activations for a portfolio of national and regional partnersPartner with digital, creative and event teams to develop strategic partnership marketing programsWork cross-functionally to develop and maintain processes to ensure timely delivery of contract execution and reportingManagement of internal calendars and administrative work as neededQualities required of all Spartan team members:

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Communications or related fieldMinimum two (2) years of relevant experienceAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Proven track record working well with multiple teams across various channelsProven and effective communication and presentation skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointWillingness to travel 25-30% of the time, work nights and on weekends with short notice
