Business Development Executive
Location: 100% Remote- must be willing to work EST hours
Direct Hire
Sales experience within Nonprofit and NGOs needed
Target Base Salary: $100k-125k
- with OTE about $150k-250K First Year (no cap)
Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of BDE experience in a professional service org that sells to business-to-business clientsExperience with relationship selling principles:
-Conduct an effective sales meeting
-Ask effective questions
-Explore customer pain and communicate solutions and close businessStrong experience building relationships and selling directly to the CEO and other executive members across an orgUnderstanding of business and technology challenges of our prospective customers, and be ability to recommend an engagement scope of work to resolve those challengesExperience managing resources, budgets and project timingStrong interpersonal and communication skills and proven organizational skills and attention to detailBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
