We are seeking a Senior Director of Regional Marketing to lead and drive marketing and growth strategies within our Markets. This role plays a pivotal role in aligning marketing efforts with business goals, collaborating with internal and external communications, and ensuring the success of Market initiatives.
Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Regional Marketing is responsible for providing marketing and growth leadership alongside the Market Chief Strategy Officer. This role collaborates closely with colleagues leading internal and external communications and partners with various stakeholders to drive marketing alignment, operational readiness, and marketability. Online Content and SEO: Oversee online content and SEO for all priority lines of business, collaborating with service lines for content development and CMS teams for publishing and maintenance.
Tactical Activation: Customize and localize direct marketing tactical activation, aligning with digital marketing roadmaps to meet Market business needs.
Operational Readiness: Identify, advocate for, and resolve operational readiness and marketability issues, ensuring a seamless path to conversion.
Provider and Location Data: Oversee provider promotion and data verification, as well as location verification and data management, presenting on the website and other marketing platforms.
Content Production: Oversee market content curation, story gathering, video production, and dynamic and written content production needs.

Requirements
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
