What we're looking for:We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketer with a strong background in sales marketing strategies and implementation. In this role, you will lead the driving of sales marketing strategies and implementation, working closely with marketing and sales teams. Your main responsibilities will include supporting sales goals, generating leads, and ensuring exhibitor satisfaction for

Premiere Beauty Shows , the premier network of immersive events for beauty professionals, students, educators, and brands. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with colleagues and a willingness to explore new tactics to achieve growth and engagement.Role Accountability and Duties :Develop and implement sales marketing strategies that support sales goals, drive new leads and customer satisfaction; working closely with the internal sales team to align on support needs throughout the campaign cycleCompose print and digital sales materials utilizing compelling data points and messaging to display the value of exhibiting in our shows and sponsorship opportunitiesDevelop and launch email campaigns that utilize targeted messaging, segmentation, and email best practices to drive conversions and keep customers informed.Manage the end-to-end customer experience across digital tools and channels, ensuring seamless interactions and meeting objectives for each platform. This encompasses websites, surveys, registration platforms, and online directories.Craft educational resources and tutorials to empower exhibitors and enhance their performance.Collaborate with advertising agency on digital advertising strategy and execution to generate exhibit sales leadsBuild relationships with key customers and develop cross-marketing plans to promote their presence at the show and drive interest from their followingAnalyze channel marketing performance to employ optimizations and inform future strategiesLiaise with Sales Support and Marketing Data Manager to pull and query sales records and reports needed to deploy and inform marketing campaignsAttend Premiere Shows as well as potential competitor shows, other industry events and customer meetings as neededQualifications

What you bring to the team:5 years proven work experience in a B2B marketing roleExperience creating and executing email marketing campaigns. Eloqua experience a plus.Experience using a CRM tool, specifically SalesforceWriting Skills - demonstrated ability to write targeted marketing copy for sales materials, presentations, website, advertisements and email campaignsExtremely detailed - you ensure "no stone is unturned" before a campaign deploysA proactive self-starter with a desire to take projects and run with themAn understanding of sales processes and tacticsExperience in prioritizing customer satisfaction through engagement and support.Problem solving - you balance stakeholder needs while maintaining brand and business objectives. You can identify roadblocks, determine fixes, and work in a team environment to implement the solutions to get to the end goalOut of the box thinking - You are willing to challenge norms and come up with fresh ideas and approaches on reaching audiences and engaging our customersData-Driven - ability to analyze data, create reports and utilize insightsProficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.Self-motivated, collaborative, and high energyAbility to travel 25%This posting will automatically expire on 9/20/2024Additional Information
