Our team is growing and we are looking to welcome a new member who is experienced B2B Marketer to join our team, specializing in email marketing and sales strategy implementation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both marketing and sales teams driving event registrations , support sales objectives, and promote

—the leading B2B beauty event in the Americas—throughout the year.Strong collaboration skills and an interest in experimenting with new tactics will be keys to success.
Role Accountability and Duties
:
Own the email marketing channel by developing and implementing the email marketing strategy for all audiences, from creating email marketing schedules and campaign canvases to segmentation, email creation and deployment
Analyze and report on email campaign performance metrics to identify effectiveness, ROI and areas for improvement; using Eloqua and Google Analytics
Lead the development of sales marketing strategies that support sales goals and customer satisfaction; working closely with the internal and external sales teams to align on support needs
Compose print and digital sales materials utilizing compelling data points and messaging to display the value of exhibiting in our shows
Own the exhibit customers’ journey in the Cosmoprof North America Online Directory and Matchmaking platform; developing educational materials and tutorials to drive engagement and monetization in the platforms.
Collaborate with Marketing Director on paid digital advertising strategy to support exhibit sales
Collaborate with internal marketing team members to produce event and evergreen brand marketing plans with a focus on email and exhibitor marketing
Attend Cosmoprof North America shows as well as potential competitor shows and other industry events as needed
Qualifications:Qualifications
What you bring to the team:
5 years proven work experience in a marketing role
Extensive experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns
Must have experience using Eloqua, including building campaigns for optimized automation
Writing Skills – demonstrated ability to write targeted marketing copy for sales materials, presentations, and email campaigns
Extremely detailed – you ensure “no stone is unturned” before a campaign deploys
A proactive self-starter with a desire to take projects and run with them
Problem solving – you balance stakeholder needs while maintaining brand and business objectives. You can identify roadblocks, determine fixes, and work in a team environment to implement the solutions to get to the end goal
Out of the box thinking – You are willing to challenge norms and come up with fresh ideas and approaches on reaching audiences and engaging our customers
Data-Driven – ability to analyze data, create reports and utilize insights
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and high energy
Ability to travel 25%
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
