Responsibilities

Grow, mentor, and develop an applications team.

Support customers with power solution recommendations, reviewing power design, schematics/layout review, and board bring-up.

Work closely with product definers, design, business management, and customers throughout the product evaluation and optimization.

Collaborate with the Apps team to generate technical collateral e.g., application notes, user guides, articles, design ideas, datasheet manuscripts for internal/external publication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree plus 5+ years of experience in power management applications with a consistent track record of results.

Understanding of transistor-level circuit design.

Proven experience and detailed knowledge of power conversion (i.e., Switching Regulators and Linear Regulators).

Prior team management experience preferred.

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $150,880 to $207,460.

Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.

This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, sick time, and other benefits.
