The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. This role is crucial for driving the creation, implementation, and enforcement of systematic processes and compliance standards to support our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive construction experience and a strategic mindset to enhance our operational framework.

Key Responsibilities :

Systems Development & Implementation: Design and deploy comprehensive systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and support scalable growth.

Standards & Compliance Enforcement: Develop and enforce rigorous company-wide standards and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Operational Excellence: Continuously refine operational workflows, incorporating advanced technologies and methodologies to optimize performance.

Risk Management: Identify and address risks related to operational processes, ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Financial Oversight: Partner with the finance team to develop KPIs, manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective strategies.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to company standards to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Construction Experience:

A minimum of 10 years in senior operational management roles within the construction industry is essential. Experience in senior operational management roles with companies scaling from tightly-held to corporate is preferred.

Systems Expertise:

Proven track record in developing and implementing operational systems that drive efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

Compliance Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of construction industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements, with a history of effective enforcement.

Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership abilities with experience in building and managing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of systematic excellence and accountability.

Strategic Acumen:

Ability to think strategically and translate organizational goals into actionable plans and processes.

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging and inspiring teams while ensuring clarity and consistency in standards enforcement.

Pay : $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
