Lead Engineer for D365 Power Platform & Power Pages is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that integrate Dynamics 365 with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages. This role requires a deep understanding of Power Platform tools and web development within the Power Pages framework. The Lead Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications and solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.

Develop and manage web portals using Power Pages, ensuring seamless integration with Dynamics 365 and other business systems.

Collaborate with the Solution Architect and other engineers to tailor Power Platform solutions to specific business requirements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, ensuring best practices in development, testing, and deployment.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability standards.

Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, including technical specifications, configuration settings, and user guides.

Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, recommending improvements and optimizations as needed.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in developing and deploying solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Strong experience in web development within the Power Pages framework.

Proven track record of integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and knowledge of X++.

Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Azure services.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools, particularly Azure DevOps.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Relevant Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications are a plus.
