SUMMARY

The FP&A Director for SVS will report directly to the Division President. The position is located at the SVS headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky, and is responsible for delivering financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This role will serve as a financial advisor and strong business partner to leaders in the organization by providing insight and driving financial planning, budgeting, key initiatives, and decisions that maximize financial growth opportunities for SVS.

JOB DUTIES

Build and maintain detailed corporate financial models integrated with data sources for forecasting, reporting, and ad-hoc requests for strategic decision making with a focus on rate and volume modeling for revenue forecasting.Financial reporting to executive management and parent company (Corpay) for GAAP requirements, performance management, and decision support.Coordinate FP&A deliverables for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with parent company.Support annual financial budgeting cycle, working with executive and senior leadership teams to provide recommendations based on thorough analysis.Prepare management presentation slides that give users meaningful context around the numbers, explaining historical performance and supporting future outlook.Provide quarterly and monthly forecasting deliverables with performance management variance explanations to the annual plan and prior periods.Assist in creating regular or scheduled reports for a variety of audiences on performance, forecast, and budget.Ensure timely delivery of regular and ad-hoc analytics required by Senior Management in Corpay and SVS.Other projects and duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Financial Modeling — Knowledge of spreadsheet functionality, connecting data sources, scenario modeling, predictive analytics, projecting capital and operating expenses, headcount modeling, and interpreting contractual arrangements.Analytical Thinking — The ability to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find a solution or complete an exercise.Business Acumen — Applicable understanding of how business goals and objectives are achieved.Finance and Accounting — Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, such as GAAP and accrual-based accounting.Technology— Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and data analysis tools.Compliance — Knowledge of controls, systems, regulations, and processes.Problem Solving — Ability to identify solutions to a problem and select the best option.People Management — Ability to effectively engage, influence, and motivate peers and a team through positive example, development and communication.WORK SCOPE AND CONTEXT

Job is focused on financial reporting, forecasting of revenues and expenses, and ad-hoc analysis.Decisions are made within strategic and operational guidelines and are complex in nature.Work is self-driven within company goals and strategy.Job has functional management and will have people management responsibility for SBA.Contacts are made primarily inside the organization with the parent company and other subsidiaries.Position requires regular contact with others - in meetings, by phone, or by email.Information exchange may include confidential or sensitive information.Work requires regular sitting/standing at a desk, working with a computer and a telephone.Some travel is required; less than 5% of the time.REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Management, Economics, Accounting or Finance.10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis functions in a related business environment.Experience in a fast-paced, growing, rapidly changing environment, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS company.Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Superior Excel modeling skills with advanced formula functions, lookup references, tables, data connections, pivot tables.Experience with and knowledge of finance, advanced analytics, and financial modeling principles.
