Become a maker of possible with us.The Senior Product Manager will play a very valuable role for the Engineering organization. Your primary responsibilities will be:Collaborating with partners to understand customer and market requirements.Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.Developing detailed requirements, stories, and tasks.To accomplish this, you will work with the Product Marketing team to define and document product and feature requirements; work with beta customers to test and validate new releases; liaise with the Support team to ensure that issues and defects are triaged, prioritized, and remediated; collaborate with Market Product Managers to manage release coordination activities and partner for value delivery.Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Leadership: Provide strategic vision and direction to the engineering team throughout the product lifecycle.Requirements Definition & Analysis: Develop crisp product and feature scope, and product requirements that clearly define priorities and expected outcomes for the engineering team.Backlog Management: Work with the engineering team to prepare and prioritize the product backlog to ensure efficient workflow and alignment with the product vision and business value.Stakeholder Communication: Keep clients and collaborators informed on product status and lead product release plans, setting expectations for new functionalities.Strategic Planning: Research market trends, user needs, and competitors to inform product requirements; define and drive business strategies based on comprehensive analysis.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside hardware and software teams, manage customer experience trade-offs, and proactively resolve issues to deliver quality products on time.Project Management & Dependency Oversight: Provide active leadership in mitigating impediments, ensuring governance for change management, leading adjustments to the plan, and managing dependencies to facilitate successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals.Skills and Experience

2-5 years of experience in Technical Product Management or related roles.Familiarity with Product Management tools (e.g., Aha!, Jira).Effective communication and collaboration skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work in team settings.Good organizational and time management capabilities.Experience with Agile practices and principles.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Creative thinking with a focus on product improvement.Understanding of product feature prioritization.Involvement in product roadmap development.Managing SaaS platform products targeted for use by developers.Bonus Points

Experience managing or building platform shared services supporting functions such as:Tenant ManagementConfiguration ManagementIdentity and Access ManagementManaging or building enterprise SaaS healthcare software products.Delivering software in a regulated environment.Travel Requirements
