‘The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024’ .Role OverviewIncrease occupancy at all services through the generation of appropriate referrals and partnership working with the bids and tenders’ teamBuild and maintain good working relationships with Local Authorities (LAs) and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs)Meet with Commissioning Managers, Referrers and other decision makers/influencers regularly to highlight the benefits and differentiators of ivolve’s servicesMaintain business development action plans that support occupancy levels and new businessIdentify areas of unmet need across the UK and develop solutions in partnership with operational colleagues and local commissionersProvide weekly and monthly reports in relation to occupancy, referral levels and new opportunitiesMonitor and report on competitor activityRecord all activity on the company CRM systemDevelop, build, and maintain a professional network within the sectorIf you’re ready for a job that can truly make a difference and you’re up for a challenge, then this is the team for you.Skills and ExperienceExperience in a Business Development role within health and/or social careStrong understanding of the social care sector and the people we supportAn understanding of the Social, Political and Regulatory landscape that influences the marketAbility to work to targets and KPIsAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships internally and externallyExperience of working with Housing Partners/Associations, Housing Benefit teams and Specialist Supported Housing would be advantageousAn understanding of marketingAn appropriate professional qualification and/or a minimum of 5 years sector experience at Management LevelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to influence at all levelsAble to manage relationships with tact and diplomacyHighly organised with excellent prioritisation skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systemsHow We Will Support YouWe go beyond expectations for our colleagues as well as the people we support.
