Location: Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid)Job DescriptionResponsible for the review of shareholder reports (including financial statements, notes to financial statements, Schedules of Investments, Fair Value Measurements, Derivatives, and other schedules for financial reporting) on a quarterly basis.Assist with Transfer Agency functions (including fund share activity wires and outstanding share reconciliations), approval of Fund of Funds trade tickets, and updating daily unit prices for mutual funds and separate accounts.Responsible for audit confirmation reconciliation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting.Ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during quarterly financial reporting.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Must have strong PC (Excel, Word, and Access) skills.Knowledge of accounting and reporting for investments preferred.Research and problem-solving skills.Adaptable and flexible to changing environment.
