This is an entry-level position. Preference is a recent college graduate (we are willing to train). We are not looking for mid or senior level staff.Candidate will be responsible for the review of shareholder reports (including: financial statements, notes to financial statements, Schedules of Investments, Fair Value Measurements, Derivatives and other schedules for financial reporting) on a quarterly basis. Additionally, the candidate will assist with Transfer Agency functions (including fund share activity wires and outstanding share reconciliations), approval of Fund of Funds trade tickets, and updating daily unit prices for mutual funds and separate accounts. The candidate will also be responsible for audit confirmation reconciliation.Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting.1-2 years of experience.Ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during quarterly financial reporting.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong PC (Excel, Word, and Access) skills.Knowledge of accounting and reporting for investments preferred.Research and problem-solving skills.Adaptable and flexible to a changing environment.Technical Skills
Must Have:Advanced computer skills and strong command of Excel, Word & Access.
