Job Title: Senior Director of HRJob OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Director of HR to lead our human resources function and drive key HR initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR leadership, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's overall business goals and objectives.Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR operations.Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs, drive change initiatives, and address complex HR issues.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Utilize HR metrics and analytics to monitor HR effectiveness, identify trends, and drive data-informed decision-making.Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, and update policies and procedures as necessary.Manage HR budgets and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of HR services.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization, integrating these principles into all HR processes.Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR strategies are aligned with overall organizational goals and support business needs.Represent the HR function in executive meetings, external forums, and industry events.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Experience managing large HR teams and budgets effectively.Ability to drive organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture.
