Property Accountant - $70,000 base pay
We are seeking a Property Accountant to join our team in the Boston area. This role offers a competitive salary up to $70,000 annually, plus a 10% bonus and exceptional benefits. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in property level reporting for individual assets within a large industrial fund or portfolio. Working under the supervision of Portfolio Accountants and an Accounting Manager, the Property Accountant will handle all accounting functions necessary to support our fast-growing enterprise. This position requires being in the office four days a week with one day remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required1-2 years of accounting experience in commercial real estateExperience with Yardi accounting software preferredAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficientlyCapable of working independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailProficiency in Excel is a plusPrevious knowledge of development accounting is advantageous
