Staff Accountant - $70,000 base pay + bonus
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our real estate firm, which is heavily involved in the investment, development, and management of diverse commercial, residential, and retail properties. Located in the heart of Boston, this role offers up to $70,000 in compensation, a 10% annual bonus, and full coverage for health, dental, and vision insurance. Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with three days in-office and two days remote, and free parking available for days spent at the office.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required1-2 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector preferredProficiency in Yardi or equivalent real estate accounting softwareStrong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under pressureExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail with proficiency in lease administration and financial analysis
