Our client is a people-focused investment management company known for our vertically integrated organization and experience in U.S. residential real estate. With over 55 years of experience, we manage approximately $22.2 billion in real estate assets on behalf of our global institutional clients.
They are looking for a
Staff Accountant
who will assist in closing the Corporate GL and producing monthly financial statements for the corporate entity.

Preparing account reconciliations, debt compliance, and financial reporting for private capital entities and the underlying propertiesEnsuring all reimbursable expenses are properly billed and collected monthly
Assisting in the annual external audits of the private capital entities and the underlying propertiesUpdate budgets and forecasts for non-operating expensesQualifications:
1 - 3 years of accounting experience; CPA is preferredBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business AdministrationDetail oriented with great communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and experience in Yardi is a plusVisit our website to learn more about our openings!
