We are seeking a Senior Development Accountant to join our dynamic real estate team. This hybrid role offers a competitive base salary up to $110k plus a 10% bonus. As a Senior Development Accountant, you will engage in both development and operational property accounting. Approximately 80% of your responsibilities will involve development accounting. You'll also manage operational property accounting for several assets. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in development or construction accounting, with a preference for those who have a blend of development and property accounting expertise.
