This role offers a unique blend of development and operational property accounting, with ample opportunities for growth and professional development.What’s in it for you:Competitive base compensation of $90,000 - $110,00010% bonusHybrid setup – 3 days in office and 2 days remote100% coverage for health, dental, and vision insurance, generous time off, flexibility, and free parking in a company garageResponsibilities:Oversee daily accounting operations for a portfolio of mixed-use propertiesPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reportsManage property tax, and utility reimbursements, and assist in preparing annual audits and tax return packagesTrack and reconcile project costs to the general ledger for multiple development projectsPerform variance analysis, lender compliance, and assist in budgeting and forecastingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financeCPA is a plus3-5 years of experience in real estate accounting (development or construction accounting preferred)Proficiency with property management ERP systems, especially Yardi Voyager
