These roles can be based in:
NYC, NY, Lake Mary, FL, or Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID . The ideal candidate will have significant financial services experience within the banking industry, with a focus on one or more of the following disciplines:Data Product - Expertise in data and analyticsDigital Product - Expertise in digital platforms (web, mobile, etc)Technical Product - Expertise in technical platformsFinancial Product - Expertise in investment banking, lending, payments, etcExperience/Service - Expertise in client journeys, channels, servicesYou will have an impact in the following ways:Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, prioritize initiatives, goal-setting, and create the evaluation criteria to ensure successful delivery.Understand the client's needs and objectives, introduce new ways of working, being productive, and soliciting feedback.Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. UX, Engineering, and Business groups) to define criteria.Drive product innovation by keeping up-to-date with industry trends.Define product metrics, measures performance, and uses data to inform product decisions.Manage a team of Product Owners and/or scrum teams.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Possesses curiosity to ask the hard questions, explores new ideas, and continuously learns and researches to meet goals.Strong communicator & Influencer; ability to communicate ideas regardless of the audience, and ability to rally associates to your vision.Possesses a "get-it-done" attitude - ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision.
