Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee an assigned caseload for individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing program development, budgeting, and supervising staff to ensure the effective delivery of services.Duties:
Develop and implement programs to support individuals with developmental disabilitiesManage program budgets and resources effectivelySupervise program staff and provide guidance and support as neededBuild and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partnersEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in Medicaid Waiver SupportLead program evaluation efforts to measure outcomes and impactSkills:
Experience working with people with developmental disabilitiesStrong relationship management skillsKnowledge of behavioral health principles and practicesProficiency in budgeting and managementDemonstrated ability in program development and administrationExcellent supervisory and leadership skillsBackground in social work or related fieldAbility to effectively manage multiple programsThis position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities while leading a dedicated team towards achieving program goals.
