Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Director to oversee our facility serving individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. The Center Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of the center's operations, staff supervision, program development, and budgeting.Duties

Supervise and lead a team of staff members working with individuals with developmental disabilities.Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of the center's clients.Manage relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.Oversee budgeting and financial management for the center.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.Lead program development initiatives to enhance services provided by the center.Skills

Strong background in supervising staff members.Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.Knowledge of social work principles and practices.Excellent relationship management skills.Proficient in budgeting and financial management.Demonstrated ability in program development and management.Strong administrative skills to oversee daily operations of the center.Job Types:
