Sr. Property Accountant
responsible for assisting the Fund Controller for U.S. Real Estate Investment Fund, LLC in preparing quarterly and year-end Fund financial statements.

Responsibilities
Serving as an ambassador of Intercontinental, all employees must maintain appropriate conduct and professionalism.Maintaining/reconciling general ledgers and work papers.Providing backup and support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed.Preparing special reports and projects, collect, analyze and summarize information and trends.
Requirements And Skills
BS degree in Accounting/Finance.High proficiency in Excel software.Must have at least three years of experience in real estate accounting.Yardi experience is a plus.
