A real estate property asset management company in Boston, MA is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Property Accountant. Responsibilities
Plan exact month-to-month, quarterly, and year-end property financial reports.As needed, provide support and backup to the Funds Controller and Assistant Controller.Perform routine audits and budget for assessing actual variances.Support in the preparation of investment funds' quarterly and annual financial statements.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.3-5 years of property accounting experience.Yardi experience a plus.
