Redmann Law is seeking a top-notch experienced Trial Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience and multiple first-chair jury trials completed. Preferably in the personal injury realm, but criminal jury trial experience is an acceptable alternative.
Guaranteed annual compensation plus bonuses totaling a
minimum
of $195,000 per year, plus excellent benefits including 3 weeks of paid time off.
Compensation may far exceed that minimum sum, assuming good to great results achieved on the many six- and seven-figure dollar value cases assigned.
This position will also require mentorship and training assistance with lesser-experienced attorneys and staff in the office.
Applicant must be able to work and get along well with others on the legal team which is passionate and dedicated to delivering 5-star care and handling of all of the firm’s clients and their cases.

COMPENSATION:
Guaranteed minimum annual compensation: $195,000 or higher
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 5 years litigation experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial preparations, motions, trials, and appeals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys on conflict resolution strategies.
Actively participate in ongoing legal education and training activities with the legal team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 5 years of litigation and trial experience is required for this Senior Trial Attorney position in New Orleans, LA, US.
The ideal candidate should have decision-making skills, public speaking experience, and a background in supervisory roles.
Proficiency in advanced computer skills, reviewing reports, and managing budgets is essential for this role.
Excellent relationship-building, leadership, process improvement, and communication skills are highly valued.
The candidate must be able to work independently while handling a heavy caseload effectively.
Trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience is a must for applicants.
Exceptional time management, interpersonal skills, writing, and verbal communication skills are desired qualities for this role.
