The Casino General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of and accountability for the performance of all Glacier Peaks Casino, Lil’ Peaks Casino and The Peak Casino functions. Responsible for a high level of guest service. The Casino General Manager participates in formulating and administrating company policies and developing long range goals and objectives. Directs and coordinates all activities of Glacier Peaks Casino, Lil’ Peaks Casino and The Peak Casino to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate.

Oversee all aspects of casino operations, including gaming, hospitality, food and beverage, and entertainment.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Prepare and manage the casino’s budget, including financial forecasting, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring profitability.

Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to make informed business decisions.

Implement cost-control measures and strategies to optimize revenue.

Recruit, train, and manage staff, including department heads and frontline employees.

Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Conduct performance evaluations and address any employee issues or concerns.

Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring high standards of service and addressing any guest complaints or issues.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.

Oversee the development and execution of promotional events and special programs.

Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, licensing requirements, and tribal laws.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for auditing and regulatory purposes.

Coordinate with regulatory bodies and handle inspections or audits as required.

Represent the casino in interactions with the tribal community.

Support tribal initiatives and cultural values through casino operations and community engagement.

Participate in and support tribal events and activities as appropriate.

Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.

Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, including new revenue streams or service enhancements.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure the casino remains competitive.

All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Extensive experience in casino management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.

Strong understanding of gaming regulations and industry best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage financial performance.

Cultural sensitivity and knowledge of Native American traditions and values.

Proficiency in standard office software and casino management systems.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Capability to manage a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work Environment:

The General Manager will work in a casino environment, which includes exposure to noise, smoke, and other typical casino conditions.

Regular interaction with guests, staff, and regulatory bodies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
