eNetwork Supply is hiring and immediately in need of filling the open position of Director of Business Development for our facility located in Skokie, IL. eNetwork Supply is the leading provider of new and pre-owned equipment for the cable, IT, Data Centers, and telecommunications industries.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and actively seek out potential customers and generate leads from Telecommunications, IT, Cable, Data Centers, and other industries through various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, running online campaigns, attending tradeshows, and online research.

Work independently and with the Leadership team to create outbound prospecting processes, focusing on overcoming objections and negotiating with leads and implementing cold outreach campaigns.

Manage prospects and respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound campaigns.

Qualify prospects for viable sales opportunities by gathering information about the prospects' business objectives, needs, budget, decision-making authority, challenges, and timeline for sales.

Work one-on-one to develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects and leads, establishing rapport and maintaining regular communication to nurture leads throughout the sales process.

Engage with prospective customers to create, plan, schedule, and deliver presentations on eNS’s offerings and business.

Effectively build and maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and leads.

Track all sales activities in eNS’s CRM system and keep current by updating account information.

Provide regular reports to sales managers and the leadership team on sales pipeline and progress.

Stay informed about industry products or trends through press, internet, or other available sources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s

degree from an accredited college or university, or a comparable relevant experience.

5+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Data, and IT sales including secondary and new telecom part sales.

Demonstrated history of positive sales results that involved a meaningful relationship with customers that lead to positive results.

Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required.

Local travel is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools.
