We provide homes and businesses in Sarasota, Tampa Bay, Southwest Florida, Orlando, and surrounding areas with air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and electrical services. 10+ years of leadership experience10+ years of experience overseeing day-to-day operations within the Home Services sector preferably HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing or other residential home services.Demonstrated track record of achieving year-over-year business growthFull oversight of businesses exceeding $50 Million AnnuallyDemonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams toward achieving strategic objectives and driving overall company success.Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Deep understanding of market dynamics, and competitive landscape, enabling informed decision-making and effective business strategies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to navigate change and ambiguity, driving organizational change initiatives while maintaining employee morale and engagement.Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and corporate governance in all aspects of business operations.Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
