E2 is hiring a Supply Chain Program Manager for utilities and heavy construction. This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days in-office in Los Angeles.Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize initiatives.Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.Facilitate meetings and obtain consensus among stakeholders.Monitor project progress and communicate status to stakeholders.Conduct process analysis and gap assessments to identify improvement opportunities.Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Oversee the development and implementation of demand planning and forecasting processes and systems.Ensure data integrity and quality for demand planning and forecasting activities.Provide process improvement insights to project team members.Assess and understand client's software ecosystem, including technical integrations and potential enhancement opportunities.Measure and track process performance metrics to evaluate improvement efforts.Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.Qualifications

BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent field.5-8 years' experience in similar projects.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage the full project life cycle.Supply Chain experience with materials - preferably in gas, electric or water utility or some other heavier construction industry.Project Management skills and experience to guide the process improvement projects.Process and technology understanding preferably procurement/material processes and inventory/logistics related technology.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits

Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $160,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.Work Environment/Physical Demands
