Since 1936, Easterseals New Hampshire has provided exceptional services to ensure we change the way the world defines and views disability by making profound, positive differences in people’s lives every day.Easterseals NH services include early childhood centers of excellence, medical rehabilitation, camping and recreation, vocational services, senior services, substance use treatment, adult day programs, community-based services, individual service options, transportation services, residential service options, and veterans services.The Easterseals NH Children’s Therapeutic Services (CTS) Program is beginning its search for an Operations Director to lead, oversee, and drive the program’s financial and operational performance. This position will also partner with program leaders and staff to further integration efforts, strategic planning, and quality improvement. Our CTS Program utilizes each child’s natural curiosity to create the experiences that enhance growth and development in partnership with their families and caregivers.Essential Responsibilities:

Provide operational leadership to the Children’s Therapeutic Services (CTS) Program by collaborating with the CTS Leadership Team, the Early Childhood Leadership Team, and the Senior Vice President of Early Childhood Services to ensure program sites are providing operational efficiency, financial success, and high-quality services.Oversee and lead integration efforts in the CTS Program that align with the program’s strategic planning initiatives by partnering with the Early Childhood Leadership Team, the CTS Leadership Team, and critical internal stakeholders.Manage quality improvement efforts to ensure high-quality and cohesive services are provided to all clients by implementing quality initiatives and driving continuous change efforts.Oversee and manage analytical dashboards to provide comprehensive oversight of program performance, budgets, financial metrics, audits, hiring, etc.Provide strong relationship management to key stakeholders of the CTS Program & agency by assisting Directors with complex consumer concerns, establishing and growing community outreach initiatives, and partnering with local colleges & universities with relevant programs.Recruit, train, coach, and supervise therapeutic leaders and operational support staff.Develop, implement, and revise CTS policies and procedures to continuously improve the operational and quality standards of the centers.Proactively determine and engage in additional funding sources by actively applying for applicable grants and managing their performance & deliverables.Ensure all CTS Program Sites operate within applicable state requirements & accreditation agency standards (NH Early Supports and Services Part-C Office, etc.), avoid risk by understanding current and proposed regulations or changes, and enforce applicable requirements.Assist CTS Leadership and Staff as needed with staffing coverage, program solution management, and other critical needs.Participate in meetings with the Board of Directors and subcommittees as appropriate.Oversee onsite audit.Attend client-centered conferences, and team, agency and staff meetings.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining networks and participating in professional organizations.Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Human Services, Organization Development/Leadership, Business or related field with 3+ years of experience providing strategic & high-level leadership in an educational or human service setting is preferred OR:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Business Administration, Organization Development/Leadership or related field with 6+ years of experience providing strategic & high-level leadership in an educational or human service setting is required.Demonstrated experience with providing financial oversight of multiple work units, leading organizational change initiatives, and utilizing data analytics to improve organization performance.Strong business acumen, project management, business writing and reporting skills are required.Experience in the early childhood education field is preferred.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Compensation:

$80,000-$94,560 annually. Competitive compensation based on experience, qualifications, and credentials.What’s in it for you?
