Easterseals NH services include early childhood centers of excellence, medical rehabilitation, camping and recreation, vocational services, senior services, substance use treatment, adult day programs, community-based services, individual service options, transportation services, residential service options, and veterans services.In our Community Based Services program, qualified staff will work one on one with individuals dually diagnosed with persistent mental illness & intellectual disabilities to help them work towards achieving greater independence and community integration within all aspects of their lives. Utilizing evidence-based practices, staff will facilitate high-quality programming and support individuals during employment, community integration/socialization, recreational activities, and daily living skills within their immediate community. In addition to facilitating and transporting clients to these activities, Residential Support Counselors may also be responsible for assisting with personal care as well as behavioral support as needed throughout their day.
About the home : In this beautiful home in Concord, NH, we provide 24/7 support to 3 adult women who enjoy doing arts and crafts, playing games such as Farkle, baking and cooking, puzzles, self-care such as putting on makeup and going for walks.Qualifications:
1 year of experience working in the Human Services field and be at least 18 years of age. Employees are required to have a reliable vehicle and adequate insurance as well as a valid driver's license. A motor vehicle and criminal record check is a required part of our hiring process.Compensation:
$24 hourlyHours:
