Arcadia Counseling
is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice in Sandy, Lehi, and Lindon with over 50 therapists. We focus on individual, couples, and family counseling for a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideation, and relationship issues. We seek a clinical director to manage the overall operations and performance of our clinics. Must have mental health experience as a clinical director or as a LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW.Tasks & Responsibilities:Screen, hire, and support therapistsTrain new hires, ensuring operational policies and procedures are taught and followedHold staff compassionately accountable to meet performance expectationsManage staff performance, including implementing Performance Coaching, Performance Improvement Plans, and termination process as neededMaintain and update company policiesBe on call to support therapists/crisis situationsProvide timely response to concerns raised by clients and employeesGather, analyze, and distribute monthly reportsAid in marketing activitiesProvide technical supportStaff casesBonus if you have:Familiarity with the SimplePractice platformMBAExperience with insurance billingExperience with credentialingCompensation & Benefits:Make $120,000 to $150,000 depending on experienceMedical, vision, and dental benefitsMatching 401k program up to 4% of your contributionPaid time offJob Type:
