Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Executive / Personal Assistant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $62,400 to $83,200 per year.Job Responsibilities

Oversee building new websites, assist to create a database to keep track of products, organize database for dog supplements, and help social media platforms with podcasts.Schedule, coordinate, and manage both business and personal appointments.Organize business trips, family vacations, and coordinate travel-related activities.Handle email correspondence, phone messages, and mail, ensuring timely responses and prioritization.Set up meetings, attend as required, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents.Create and maintain expense reports, ensuring accurate tracking of receipts and payments.Assist with personal shopping, errands, and other household management tasks as needed.Qualifications:

AS/BS degree in Business, or related field4-5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant or related roleProficiency in MS Office Suite, and tools/software.Experience:

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience with social media preferred.
